1. Our public auctions are exclusively online and adjudicated in real time. The auctions are carried out in euros (€) and the starting price is the minimum price that can be awarded. Bids are not accepted below the starting price, only full euro amounts can be bidden, no fraction thereoff.

2. Bids are accepted through our portal https://subastas.monedalia.es, by email info@monedalia.es, by telephone 93 174 48 43 and through the following gateways: Sixbid, Numisbids Biddr. The bids via e-mail or telephone must be done one day before the auction.

3. Users will have to register and accept the general conditions to be able to bid. The unknown customers must present commercial references. Customers of Monedalia.es must register again as the conditions of the auction differ to those of the web.

4. The lots will be awarded to the highest bidder and in case of equal bids to the one received first. In case of an overbid of a higher amount, only the next bid will be taken into account (according to the relevant bid increase table) but not the maximum bid. Example: Maximum customer bid A – 100 euros, maximum bid of the customer B - 200 euros - awarded to customer B for 110 euros.

5. Payments are accepted in euro only and through bank transfer, deposit account, VISA card and Mastercard - Paypal or cash on delivery is NOT accepted.

6. On top of the auction price 18% (eighteen) will be charged as auction by-costs. The expenses of shipping are charged to the customer seperately, including insurance. The shipping rates are as follows: Spain 8 euros, Europe 20 euros, other countries 25 euros.

7. The buyer will inform himself of and be responsible for any extra expenses including export taxes.

8. Monedalia reserves the right to cancel any bid that it considers unvalid and to withdraw lots without previous notice in case of having an error, canceling the bids of the same.

9. The lots are the property of the seller until full payment of the invoice. Maximum period to pay the invoices is 30 days, otherwise we can cancel the sale and claim compensation.

10. The authenticity of auctioned pieces is guaranteed unless otherwise indicated in the relevant description.

11. Billing of the lots will be done under the spanish special tax regime of used goods, art objects, antiques and collectibles - 94/5 / CE

12. The auction is done in spanish and optional with translation into other languages. In case of any error or different interpretation the spanish version will prevail.

13. Returns of lots are accepted within a period of NO more than 7 days, provided that it has not been announced in the description otherwise or states any defect. Combined lots must be examined before bidding and are NOT subject to returns under any circumstances.

14. Monedalia is not responsible for any problems that may arise from the computer system in online bidding at the time of the auction due to a connection failure or force majeure, attributable to third parties.

15. Any case of litigation that may arise will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

16. Customers can examine the lots a week before the auction takes place at our store or place indicated, requesting prior appointment.

We use symbols (+) plus and (-) minus next to the conservation to try to be as close as possible to the preservation condition of the piece(s).
